THE TAPHOUSE

The Taphouse offers the perfect setting for small, casual celebrations of up to 150 guests. Choose between the Vineyard Room or Pavilion. Add the Silo Patio for additional outdoor space, and treat your guests to private access to our new gaming area.

VINEYARD ROOM: 60 seated, 80 cocktail style

PAVILION: 24 seated, 30 cocktail style

LARGE EVENT: 80 – 100 seated, up to 150 cocktail style

TAPHOUSE BUYOUT: 150+, limited availabilty. Please inquire for a specific date. Pricing starts between $2,500 – $5,000.

EVENT HOURS: Pricing is based on 3 hour blocks, consisting of 1 hour of set-up time 30 minutes for teardown. There are no discounts for shorter setup, event, or teardown times. Client may not substitute set-up or tear down time for additional event hours. Additional set-up time and or event time may be available to add for an additional fee (the option to add additional time is not guaranteed).

GOURMET FRESH CATERING

We are proud to offer in-house catering here at Retreat 21. Our catering is designed to be fresh, flexible, and effortless. All menus are prepared fresh on-site and available as convenient drop-off service. From casual appetizers and light bites to full buffet-style meals, we offer options to suit gatherings of all sizes. Minimum guest counts apply for hot food selections.

FOOD TRUCKS

Food Trucks are permitted with a Vineyard Room or large event rental only (they cannot be used for Pavilion rentals). We work with a variety of trusted partners, and food trucks must be selected from our list. If you are hosting your event in March & April, you must use the food trucks we have booked. For events in May – December, a $250 service fee will apply at booking.

BOOKING POLICIES

GROUPS OF 60 OR LESS (80 COCKTAIL STYLE)

You are welcome to book your own event space for guest counts of 60 seated (80 cocktail style) or less. When booking, all rental fees must be paid in full to confirm your booking. Addition of a private bar or catering must be confirmed and paid for in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date. Additions past 2 weeks are not guaranteed, and may be subject to a late fee. Please select your catering and bar preference at the time of booking, and our team will contact you to take your order and answer any questions that you have. Bar and catering packages are NOT required, guests are also welcome to order drinks & light bites directly from the bar upon arrival.

GROUPS OF 80 – 150

Large event rentals include use of our full patio, including the Vineyard Room, Pavilion and Silo Patio and must be contracted through our events team. A signed contract and fully paid deposit are required to hold your date. In addition, we also require a $200 security deposit hold (via a credit card authorization form). Your card will not be charged unless damages are assessed post event.

A private bar is included with your rental, with the option of a consumption or unlimited bar package. Your bar pakcage and/or catering selections must be confirmed and paid for in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date. Additions past 2 weeks are not guaranteed, and may be subject to a late fee. If you choose to not use the private bar, your bar minimum will be waived.

GROUPS OF 150+

A full Taphouse rental may be required, and is available on a case by case basis. Full Taphouse rentals start at $2,500 – $5,000 and minimums may apply. Please contact Taphouse@retreat21.com for more information.

FAQ’S

What is the cancellation policy?

Space rentals may be cancelled or rescheduled without a refund within 60 days of your event. For a full refund, events must be cancelled at least 60 days in advance. Events may not be cancelled, scheduled or changed within 14 days of your event.

Can I arrive early to setup?

Yes, your reservation allows you 1 hour to set-up prior to your event. If you require more time, please contact Taphouse@retreat21.com for availability, and know that additional fees may apply.

What happens if it rains?

Our outdoor patio spaces are weather dependent, and we do not provide refunds in the event of inclement weather. We will do our best to accommodate you with additional indoor space as necessary.

Can I bring in my own decor?

Yes! You are welcome to bring in decor and decorations, so long as they are promptly removed by the end of your event time. We do not permit the use of glitter or confetti in the event space. Your full security deposit will be forfeited for using glitter or confetti.

Can I bring in dessert?

Yes! We allow guests to bring in desserts, however we ask that you provide your own serving utensils, disposable plates/napkins, and pick up after dessert service. We do not have utensils or plates onsite.

Can I work with an outside caterer?

You are welcome to work with one of our food truck partners or make a selection from our catering menu. We do not allow any other outside catering.
