Auditorium
Large Meetings and Conferences
Our largest meeting and conference room, the Auditorium features an energetic atmosphere, panoramic views, and modern design. Glass garage doors open to a shaded patio surrounded by woods for an outdoor lunch, team building or happy hour.
Capacity: theater (400) / conference rounds (280) / creative meeting setup (25 to 80)
Atrium
Medium to Large Team Meetings and Retreats
A creative haven for your leadership retreat or strategy session. This beautiful open space lets in a bright display of natural light, with plenty of extra space, allowing the collaboration and creativity to flow.
Capacity: theater (250) / conference rounds (150) / creative meeting setup (15-50)
Garden Suite
Small Team Meetings
The Garden Suite connects to its own private garen patio and is the perfect setting for smaller, more intimate meetings. With great views and natural light, this space comes equipped with a kitchenette, boardroom seating and small lounge area.

The Auditorium
This is an indoor, climate controlled space boasts up to 7,000 sq. feet of event space, including an adjoined private patio. It comfortably seats 375 (theater style), 250 (seated), and 500+ for cocktail style events. This is an ideal space for your largest corporate retreats.
Capacity: up to 15
The Lounge
The Lounge is the perfect setting for smaller, more intimate meetings. Its boardroom style setup of 700 sq. feet comfortably sits up to 15 people. This space comes equiped with its own small kitchen and attached private patio.
Capacity: up to 200
The Atrium
This beautiful open space lets in a bright display of natural light. With 2,000 sq. feet of event space, it seats comfortably seats 200 (theater style) or 150 (seated). This room can also be utilized as an additional space for team building, breakouts or meal services.

Team Building & Bonding
Choose from a selection of engaging experiences and challenges, focused on adventure, fun, and team building. Options are available to fit your desired balance of fun, intensity level and the types of skills/lessons you’d like to incorporate.
Activities range from 60-90 minutes, and we’ve designed a variety of activities suited for different skill sets, group sizes and desired level of activity.

A few of our favorites include The Great Hunt, our custom designed, nature inspired scavenger hunt, Launched, a catapult design and build competition and The Great Race, an Amazing Race style competition.
Outdoor activies will have varying amounts of physical activity, so our team will help you go over options and choose the activity that is best suited for your group. Caution – you may get wet!
Indoor Programs
Heat got you down? We’ve got you covered. We have an extensive collection of indoor activities, designed to boost group creativity all in the comfort of our air conditioned space.
Choose from a few of our favorites, including Let’s Race, a nostalgic node to your childhood with custom designed Matchbox car racing. Have a large group? Movers and Shakers is a great way to bring your team together with a variety of networking games and energizers.
A majority of our indoor activities require minimal physical activity.

Waterfront Cabin
Our inviting Waterfront Cabin boasts an efficiently designed 800 sq ft of inspiring space. With 2 queen beds and 1 king, the cabin can sleep up to 6 guests. Your group will enjoy living space, a fire pit, outdoor lounge area, hot tub, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The most spacious of our onsite lodging will be an amazing home base for all of your Retreat 21 endeavors!
7 Cabins – Accommodate up to 28 Guests
Guest Cabins
Retreat into one of our guest cabins. You’ll have 400 sq ft of space in this quaint abode. Relish the surroundings of your private living space, fire pit area, and hot tub! These unique features are coupled with all the necessities like a kitchen and bathroom. Each cabin comes equipped with 2 queen beds and can sleep up to 4 guests.
4 Geodomes – Accommodate up to 8 Guests
Geodomes
Spending a night under the stars has never been more breathtaking than in one of our Geodomes. Each dome sleeps up to 2 guests in a comfortable queen sized bed. Geodomes come equipped with a full private bathroom, coffee display, mini fridge, workspace, and an air conditioning/heating unit that will keep you comfortable year round.
