Retreat 21’s Cider Lineup

We craft a variety of ciders onsite, including our modern series of ciders, infusion ciders and special releases.

Modern Series

  • Original Blend Cider
    • With a crisp taste and mild sweetness, our dry, Original Blend Cider can complement sharp cheeses like gouda or blue cheese, spicy dishes and savory meats like sausages.
  • Rosé Cider (made with concord grapes and apples)
    • Make the most of the concord grapes and apple flavors in our Rosé Cider by choosing dishes that highlight the fruity notes, like a salad with seasonal fruit, or dessert!
  • Honey Lavender
    • Floral and sweet, our Honey Lavender Cider would be delicious alongside a lemony pasta or charcuterie board.
  • Blackberry Black Currant
    • Our vibrant Blackberry Black Currant cider can hold its own alongside your favorite barbecue meats, spicy tacos or chorizo dishes!
  • Lemon Ginger
    • Try our Lemon Ginger cider with pork chops, or a citrus salad!

Special Releases

  • Strawberry Mint Infusion
    • Refreshing with a delightful balance of sweetness and herbal notes, this cider is infused with locally sourced mint and ripe strawberries. Try pairing our Strawberry Mint Cider with grilled shrimp or a light salad.
  • Harrison
    • Harrison cider is single variety cider and dry with a complex profile. It features notes of crisp pear, fragrant honeysuckle, subtle hints of comforting banana bread, and culminates in a satisfyingly dry finish. Pairs well with roasted pork loin and sharp cheeses.
  • Goldrush
    • GoldRush cider is single variety and semi-dry with a citrus-forward profile. It features notes of grapefruit and has a refreshing finish. Pairs well with oysters, mussels, and soft creamy cheeses like brie.
  • Heirloom
    • Heirloom Blend cider is a carefully selected blend of four varieties, offering a semi-sweet profile with bright flavors of lemon and grapefruit complemented by notes of honey and a subtle vinous character. Pairs well with Pad Thai or Thai curry dishes.
