Flexible Holiday Scheduling
Who says a holiday party has to be on a weekend in December? Avoid jam-packed scheduling conflicts and book your holiday before the busy season, or in the new year! The Venue at Retreat 21 offers curated holiday party packages from November through March.
We plan weekday holiday happy hours, day-time seasonal experiences or festive celebratory dinners for our clients. And, of course, if you prefer a big weekend party, we know how to get down!
The Venue offers 3 stunning, creative event spaces (rented separately, or combined):
- The Auditorium (4,000 SF indoor, and 2,000 SF patio) // Max occupancy: 400 (cocktail), 300 (seated)
- The Atrium (2,000 SF) // Max occupancy: 200 (cocktail or seated)
- The Cocktail Lobby (1,600 SF) // Max occupancy: 120 (cocktail or seated)
- Full Venue (7,600 SF) // Max occupancy: 550 (cocktail), 300 (seated)
Throw a Holiday Happy Hour
Available Mondays through Thursdays, Holiday Happy Hours at The Venue are a fun, low-stress way to celebrate with your team or clients. Happy Hours include a Team Bonding experience of your choice, including a murder mystery game, trivia, retro gaming consoles and more.
Choose the Auditorium, The Atrium or the Cocktail Lobby AND gain access to our patios, including a festive fire pit. Bar packages can be customized to your preferences, and we can help you craft a signature drink using our own Retreat 21 Ciders or Wines.
Holiday Happy Hour Details:
- Up to 4 hours event time (1pm – 5pm)
- Access to 1 event room, bar & patios
- Tables, chairs, staff & music
- Open Bar for 3 hours (drinks included)
- 1 Team Bonding experience
Book a Team Retreat
Daytime holiday celebrations make the most of Retreat 21’s stunning destination. Recap your team’s success during the year, plan for the new year in an offsite meeting, or schedule some bonding experiences while surrounded by the beauty of nature! Plus, you can add on a happy hour to keep the celebration going.

Plan a Celebratory Dinner
Who wouldn’t want to be treated to a private dinner in a gorgeous venue to celebrate the holidays? The Venue at Retreat 21 has a curated list of excellent local caterers for you to select from that suit every palate and budget.

Host a Weekend Reception
We still know how to party like it’s 1999! Host a weekend holiday party at The Venue at Retreat 21 and get access to the entire facility, including patios, with a killer in-house music system and plenty of space for your guests.
